one. All items once for is submitted or claimed are considered final. No return or refund will be accepted. No cancellation is allowed unless you can find someone who can take your slot.
two. Cancellation fee once allowed is 50% of item price.
three. Please comply with the given DOP. Late payment fee of 20php each item per day will be charged if failed to settle balance within the allotted time.
four. Item condition is usually clean to minimal marks. Claims are not for sensitive buyers. Video condition can be given upon request but make sure to claim the item is deemed mint.
five. Mercari / yangdo / bunjang and other claims pc condition is not assured because of the possibility of manufacturing defects, international shipping mishaps and non disclosure of sellers hence, refunds won’t be given for any defects. Claim at your own risk!
six. Seller won’t be responsible for defects and shipping delays of sites/other sellers where the group order is purchased from. Buyers are expected to wait patiently for their orders to arrive as all items are paid completely by the seller upon ordering. No refund will be given unless the site/seller will refund the purchased item. Claim at your own risk!
seven. In cases where refund have to be issued, buyers are expected to be patient as the seller will also wait to get a refund of the group order purchased.
eight. NO RUSH SHIPPING; NO TO RUDE BUYERS. Seller can cancel transaction anytime if uncomfortable and will issue refund if paid.
nine. Packaging fee will depend on the bulk of the items. Seller can request for additional pf if the option chosen and paid is insufficient.
ten. Seller is not liable for lost or damaged parcels cause my courier’s mishandling. Please choose the packaging and mod wisely.
eleven. Please take a RAW, UNEDITED UNBOXING video of your items in cases of missing or wrong items. No unboxing video, No return or refund will be considered.
twelve. Seller can only keep the claims and group order items for up to 30 days upon arrival at their PH address. Items are considered abandoned if the buyer didn’t have them shipped within 30 days and will be up for resale. No refunds will be issued in this case.
thirteen.* In case of pooling or random items, seller will usually send a pooling form unless stated otherwise. Changing of pooling and priority members is not allowed after the form is completed.
